QuickGrants Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 9, 2026
Last Updated: April 9, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how QuickGrants (“QuickGrants,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at goquickgrants.com (the “Website”) and our grant management platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
QuickGrants provides operational infrastructure that organizations (“Clients”) use to administer funding programs. When our Services are used by a Client to collect and process applicant information, QuickGrants acts as a service provider processing data on behalf of and at the direction of that Client. The Client — typically a government agency, nonprofit, or other administering organization — is the entity responsible for determining how and why applicant data is collected and used.
If you are an applicant submitting information through a program powered by QuickGrants, your data is controlled by the organization administering that program. Questions about how your application data is used should be directed to that organization. This Privacy Policy describes QuickGrants’ role in processing that data and your rights with respect to information we collect directly.
